The Community Reboot was founded by Audrey Bell-Kearney through Noise Media Network, drawing on her decades of entrepreneurship, media, technology, and community-building experience. It is not a separate company — it is an initiative operated by Noise Media Network.
How it started: a conversation in Cordele, Georgia
A conversation with a resident of Cordele, Georgia, about youth opportunities sparked a larger idea: what if towns could use their own unique assets and accessible AI tools to create new economic possibilities? That question inspired the HubCity concept and helped shape The Community Reboot.
